I absolutely love to sip a nice cup of wulong, or regular green tea each morning because it contains L-theanine which tends to help calm the mind …oh, and it’s slimming too

As we should know by now, green tea – as well as the oolong tea variety – has lots of anti-oxidant in it; something which really is needed by our body to help combat those nasty free radicals. great stuff!

I love the taste of green tea as well as oolong tea. It seems to help me relax by lowering the blood pressure.
